This Kodiak mattress contains 1.5" high-density foam and 20 lbs of lofted cotton surrounding 13 gauge springs.  It is a no-flip coil futon that is made in the USA.  The cover is not removable but is tufted for comfort and durability. This Twin futon mattress can be used on a twin futon frame, platformbed, daybed, or boxspring.  It is comfortable enough for sleeping and looks more finished than a regular mattress.
