Each item has it’s own warranty and each item’s warranty is unique.  Warranties are dictated by the manufacturer there for each warranty inquiry MUST be accompanied by a store receipt.  Without the store receipt, the warranty may not apply.  The store receipt is not only the proof of purchase but lists all the information necessary to order a replacement item. Tickets can NOT be removed from mattresses.  Removing the tickets from a mattress automatically voids the warranty.  Replacement parts are given and warranties are honored at the discretion of the manufacturer.  Items under warranty may be replaced by the manufacturer but transportation and installation of the part are not included and is subject to a fee.  If you have an item purchased at Futon World and you are in need of a replacement we are here to help.  Please reach out to one of our futon experts.
