The BoHo daybed is available in three finishes and can be used with an under bed trundle for extra sleeping space. The daybed has a frame surrounding it on three sides. The Long side is slightly higher than the two short sides. It has slats surrounding it giving it a casual style. There are a total of twelve slats on the base to support the mattress giving extra support and little space for a mattress to seep through. It is made of only solid wood all around. The size a a true twin size and can be used with any kind of twin mattress including any twin futon mattress.
There are two kinds of under-bed trundles available:
1-trundle drawer- A trundle drawer is close to the floor and rolls out from under the bed to expose the hidden twin mattress for additional sleeping. With this style trundle, there are two twin beds available for sleeping. One is up the other is down.
2-Pop-up trundleThe pop-up trundle has legs that can be folded down to raise the under-seat twin mattress to "pop-up" and match the height of the twin daybed. With this style of trundle, the two twin mattresses can be used at the same height and put next to each other to create a king-sized bed or two twins.
Both styles allow for sleeping two people each in a twin-size bed.
